I like the colors sea green, charcoal gray, and plum. I used to like yellow a lot but then I started to really like green and I didn't know why. I liked green for four years exclusively before deciding that pink could share the 'favorite color' title. Since pink was soon added to my exclusive list, I decided that I needed a neutral to balance both. Charcoal gray soon made itself known as a favorite color when I started wearing shirts and shorts and jewelry and nail polish. I don't know why I ever liked yellow. I love A Capella music. A Capella music takes a whole lot of talent, something I don't necessarily have when it concerns music. I can listen to A Capella when I'm walking down the street, when I'm trying to get up in the morning, when I'm really disgusted, when I'm staring at people in a coffee house and particularly when I'm at the gym and in a bad mood. I finally got a coffee maker. I feel bad about this, though, because I wanted one for such a short period of time and I asked my mother to go and get me one, and to get me good coffee, and I told myself I'd make a cup every day so it'll get me a good head start on my morning, but now, since I'm working on a diet regimen, and also because Skinny Bitch said so, coffee is actually really bad for you. So, now I use the coffee filters as little bowls for chips. I like to doodle. I only doodle when I'm bored, though. I usually draw shapes and I use black ink because I think black off sets and compliments the white paper ten times out of ten. I like drawing little flowers, and then expanding on that and drawing flowers on top of flowers and even more flowers after that. I also draw little smiley faces but that takes talent, which I have in that department. I often miss writing notes because I doodle. I create characters in my head. I write a name and associate it with characteristics and then with physical features: blue eyes or blue-gray? Big shoulders or small ones? A sharp nose or a hawk-like one? Color of the hair, of their lips? What is their family like? Do they wake up in the morning with a grin, or do they bash their radio with their fist? -- And then, I find someone who's an absolute self-righteous prude, and I go backward: what if I took their personality and put them into a body, and then rearrange their body so that this brat-like person would be brunette, and tall, and have this little mouth for curling -- and then I'd name them "Amber". I hate cold weather. I hate that I have to put on more clothing than I have to take off. I like the sweat, the light perspiration on the small of my back and on my nose. I sweat on my nose when I'm hot. I get shiny just like the next person. Not everyone looks good in the heat. I don't mind being one of them. I like taking pictures. I like documenting. It's nice to show my mother what I did for that day through email, or an online blog, and I like showing people what they miss when they're not with me. I like saturating pictures when I'm done, to make it brighter and more pleasing for the eye. For each digital picture I take, I do something to distort it for the better. I like composing the picture itself, situating the object to the right or left or the side, or the top. The best composition is one that's off center... not everyone knows that, though. Did you know that I desperately want to speak Spanish fluently? I'm absolute crap at it, though. I've taken Spanish in middle school, in high school, and in college but I've yet to become proficient in it (then again I don't care about doing my Spanish homework and I don't like writing vocabulary notecards and I don't really speak it or write it or listen to it often)... but that's another story. I want to travel to a South American country and completely immerse myself in the language so I can become fluent. I don't really need it so much, but I just want to put it on my resume. I also make a lot of lists. I write lists on notecards. Before I went back to college, my mom gave me a present of notecards because she knew I needed them. They were the first multi-colored group that I was given; they were pink, yellow, and blue. I haven't used them yet, but I will one day when I feel the need to be organized with my notecard-using. I like to write my shopping lists on notecards, and I like to draw on them too, and I tend to write my vocabulary on there as well. I haven't painted on notecards yet but I think one day I will. When I was a child, I remember the point in which I turned off the real world and got immersed in computer games. I was sadly addicted to Days of the Tentacles, Roller Coaster Tycoon and The Sims. I played pirated versions on my slow-ass computer for days without eating or sleeping, with grouching and bitching directed to anyone who disturbed me. I must have been around ten-years-old, or something like that. Days of the Tentacles was a big part of my childhood, and Roller Coaster Tycoon was a very close runner up. I drowned people in lakes, I screamed out loud when roller coasters accidentally crashed, and I never put bathrooms in the parks hoping to see the little people piss themselves. It never happened. There was also a point in time in which I looked on the internet for cheat codes to remove the censors for when the Sims would take a shower. I still haven't found those cheat codes, you know. I am also a gossiper. I love to gossip. I have been in many situations in which that has backfired on me, however, and sometimes I notice when people get annoyed about how much shit I talk. I can't help it, though. You know, some people get OCD about windows and dust and germs, but I get OCD about talking shit. I don't really like talking shit, but it's just like word vomit, you know? It just comes out of you, like a colorful, nasty rainbow. I still have friends, anyway, so I guess I'm right in some way. I've recently started playing WoW, or famously known as "World of Warcraft". It's an addicting game that I've put off for way too long and I'm glad I finally got into it. I, however, did not know I was playing on a laptop with a 256 ram, and I kept wondering why it was so ridiculously slow. When I found out that the memory card was 256, we upped that sucker and so now WoW doesn't lag when I play. I have a human warrior female, because I like to kill things on the computer really, really fast. I also like adverbs. My creative writing teachers told us that adverbs are the devil. I love adding the -ly to words, I think it goes on pleasantly. Besides, nothing like a little sin to spice up your writing.
